Masar is an Omani taxi service that connects you with the nearest verified captain in minutes, with a clear fare in OMR before you ride.

Our story

Masar started with a question people ask every day in Muscat, Sohar and Salalah: how much will I pay, when will the car arrive, and who is driving? We built an app that answers all three before you ride: the full fare before you book, the captain’s location live, and their name, car and plate.

We built a second app for captains, who keep 85% of every fare and follow their earnings day by day — because good service starts with a captain who finds the work worthwhile.
